Anta-Atta Cissé was born and raised in Marseille, in the south of France. Passionate about fashion, well-being and decoration, she decided to move to Senegal in 2019, after completing her studies in marketing. Her goal was to become the manager of the first showroom for a dermocosmetics brand. For two years, she had the pleasure of reconnecting with her native country and discovering the wonders of Senegalese designers and artisans.
She often likes to repeat that her favorite place is home. After a long day’s work, she hurriedly kicks off her high heels and slips into her pyjamas. These pyjamas go beyond mere comfort, being both elegant and glamorous, allowing her to entertain her friends at home or visit the little boutique on the corner.
In 2022, she began a collaboration with her tailor to design a pajama set made entirely in Senegal, inspired by ethnic patterns and colors. Thus was born the idea of creating ATTA: a homewear-loungewear brand offering casual, comfortable outfits suitable for wearing at home, on the beach and on many other occasions.
